Aurora Borealis.

This project has been years in the planning and has been the best progress I have made in terms of astrophotography so far. The images were taken in Iceland, on Reykjavík Pier and in a plane. These both had their own unique challenges, on the Pier it was difficult to get a good focus on the lights as they were moving and the shutter speed lasted a few seconds. On the plane we were moving as well as the lights so this resulted in more blur and movement captured. The lighting for both proved challenging ad the snow and lights on the pier showed up as great white blobs and on the plane i had to isolate the window and camera from any light on the plane.
