Marcus Grange
I am currently looking for work to support myself through my studies at university, and gain valuable experience for the workplace. I have always been reliable and hard working with motivation to get the job done.
I aim to work in the photographic industry eventually, during my studies I wish to broaden my experiences with different industries. During my time in college, I led a team of writers to produce a publication for my college. Due to my keen sense of responsibility, I went from a contributing artist to the head editor so we would meet the completion deadline. Alongside this, I produced work for an exhibition, which tested my ability to manage my time and demonstrated my ability to complete tasks and work on my curatorial decisions. As well as this, I have been helping students who were at a disadvantage due to Covid-19 build on the key skills that were affected during the pandemic. Tutoring has demonstrated my ability to manage my time efficiently and communicate effectively with students, so they understand complex ideologies. I like to stay active in my free time and have recently completed the London Marathon.

STUFF Mag (Event Photography)
I have been commisioned by the STUFF magazine. This magazine asked me to photograph their PRIDE and summer meets and to produc a series of images for them to display in their magazine. This magazine is based in Stockport, it is led by disadvantaged youths and created for them as to provide a safe and inclusive space for them to be themselves. The magazine promotes people to be themselves and keeps these low income teens/kids fed and healthy.PIE:
Summer internship
(Event Photography)
PIE(Pursuing Individual Excellence) supports
lower income families throughout the summer period and provides a HAF(Holidays
Activities and Food) program. The main age range is between 5-14 years meaning
I have to take care of and support children during the holidays. The internship
provided me with key skills like workshop planning, managing a group, and problem
solving. With this internship I have had safeguarding children training levels
1 to 3 and mental health training, meaning I am able to work with conditions
like autism spectrum, depression, etc.PIE: Internship
(Event Photography)
I have recently completed an internship with a company called PIE where I was asked to be their photographer as well as child carer for their HAF Summer programme as well as any other activities they may do. For this I produced a series of images for the company to use for promotional materials and advertising on their website. The company has since provided me with a second internship where I will provide photography workshops for autistic low income children.
UCLAN PRIDE (Studio Photography)
I have recently photographed commercial portraits which were used for the Univeristy of Central Lancashires Pride event. These portraits were used in flyers and pamflets as well as promotional material for the union. This event credited me via my instagram.Education
